MENINGKATKATKAN KETERAMPILAN SUPERVISI AKADEMIK KEPALA MADRASAH MELALUI PENDAMPINGAN VIRTUAL OLEH PENGAWAS MADRASAH

Kompetensi kepala madrasah diantaranya adalah melakukan supervisi akademik. Walaupun dalam keadaan pandemi covid-19, kegiatan tersebut tetap harus dilakukan. Dalam meningkatkan keterampilan supervisi akademik kepala madrasah, maka diadakan pendampingan secara virtual oleh pengawas madrasah. Hasilnya diperoleh: 1) pengetahuan kepala madrasah sebelum pendampingan rata-rata 59,09, skor setelah pendampingan rata-rata 78,64. Perubahan meningkat 19,55 %. 2). Aspek sikap kepala madrasah cukup baik, dengan rata-rata 85,35. Tingkat kehadiran kepala madrasah mencapai 87,88 %. Tingkat keaktifan mencapai 83,33 %. Tingkat kedisiplinan mencapai 84,88%. 3). Aspek keterampilan : hasil telaah program supervisi akademik diperoleh skor rata-rata 87,88. Hasil telaah laporan supervisi akademik diperoleh rata-rata 83,33. Kendala yang dirasakan oleh pengawas dan kepala madrasah terutama dari aspek sarana yang tidak support dengan aplikasi yang digunakan dan jaringan atau signal internet yang lambat.
