MENINGKATKAN KEBERHASILAN MUTU LAYANAN BIMBINGAN KONSELING MELALUI PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI DIGITAL PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Pandemi Covid-19 yang melan2da dunia pada akhir tahun 2019, termasuk Indonesia, telah mengubah wajah pembelajaran ke dalam bentuk Work From House (WFH) menjadi pembelajaran primadona yang beradaptasi dengan dunia digital, tidak terkecuali pelayanan Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK). Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan peningkatan keberhasilan layanan BK pada masa pandemi melalui penggunaan aplikasi digital. Program BK mencakup 4 komponen program layanan yakni pelayanan dasar, layanan responsif, layanan peminatan dan perencanaan individual, dan dukungan sistem. Keempat layanan dilaksanakan melalui format jarak jauh menggunakan beberapa aplikasi digital, diantaranya adalah WhatsApp (WA), Google (Google Formulir, Google Classroom, Google doc. Program Power Point) Zoom Cloud Meeting, Canva, dan Youtube. Penelitian ini, menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif (field reseach) dengan melakukan observasi dan kajian literatur. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi digital terbukti mampu membantu meningkatkan keberhasilan mutu layanan BK pada masa pandemi Covid- 19.
