PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN MENGAJAR GURU MADRASAH PADA MASA WORK FROM HOME MELALUI PENGGUNAAN VIDIO PEMBELAJARAN

Covid-19 telah mengubah tatanan kehidupan manusia di semua lini, termasuk lini (bidang) pendidikan. Pembelajaran tatap muka yang dialihkan menjadi Work From Hoom (WFH) menambah beragam masalah baik bagi guru, siswa, maupun orang tua. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan mengajar guru-guru madrasah binaan melalui penerapan video pembelajaran dengan mengambil sampel 10 orang guru dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, angket, wawancara, dan klinis. Hasil akhir menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan kemampuan mengajar guru yang semula 55% meningkat menjadi 60% pada siklus pertama dan bertambah menjadi 85% setelah siklus kedua. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan video pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mengajar guru di MTsN 3 Solok Selatan Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021.
