PENINGKATAN EKONOMI WARGA MI AL HUDY MELALUI PEMANFAATAN LIMBAH USUS AYAM MENJADI PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR (POC) PROLI

Limbah atas proses produksi disaat ini masih menjadi persoalan lingkungan hidup. Namun Warga MI Al-Hudy dibawah binaan FKPEA (Forum Komunikasi Penggiat Ekonomi Al Hudy) telah membuat inovasi dari limbah usaha makanan ringan berbahan usus ayam menjadi pupuk organik cair (POC) yang diberi nama PROLI. Setelah melalui pengujian di Laboratorium Analitik Universitas Udayana Bali diperoleh hasil bahwa PROLI mengandung unsur hara yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh tanaman dan dapat mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan. PROLI dibuat dengan cara fermentasi, dengan bahan tambahan organik lainnya berupa limbah rumah tangga. PROLI didistribusikan secara online maupun offline. Dari hasil PROLI warga madrasah mendapatkan penghasilan tambahan, siswa mendapat wawasan tentang pupuk serta menjadi promosi literasi madrasah.
